For more than a month and update the tracking every 10 days, the order was delivered and not, I asked for a refund with several valid tests and refused a refund, the seller is gentle and likeable but I refuse a refund, Before I had already bought qcy items and they arrived successfully but this time it was a failure, 0/10 this time. I will be on the lookout.

The product is reasonable, but it has not reached my expectations. The delivery was fast. Sound quality is acceptable only with noise cancellation (ANC) activated; without it, the quality is terrible. This was my first experience with ANC. I already used headphones without ANC that isolated the noise through the construction and had superior sound. It seems that the brands reduce the sound quality with the ANC off to justify the price of the feature. ANC's wind cut mode works great, making it great for open window bus travel on hot days. I always use the phone with the ANC in noise or wind cut mode, because without it the sound is not feasible.

Positives: changing pads, lightness, good adjustments and good connectivity, including with P2 cable.

Negatives: bad sound with ANC off, headache with prolonged use of the ANC, and simple construction.

Excellent construction quality
Plastic materials are acceptable
Noise cancellation is very good, however, I do not know if they are the ones that came to me or in all it feels that the right side has greater efficiency in noise cancellation and feels strange

Compared to a Sony WH 1000XM4 the quality of materials, finishes, audio and comfort in my opinion is the same, only differ in the powerful of noise cancellation (Sony is much better)

I bought a generic case right here to store them and it works great

I can only say that the shipment took too long and the logistics for the tracking is bad (it does not work)

I recommend it widely for this budget
